2-year parts limited warranty

ARIES EV warrants that any new ARIES EV product purchased from an Authorized Dealer will be free from defects in material, assembly, and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase, subject to the stated limitations.

Lithium battery limited warranty

10 years (5/5 prorated), or the direct manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater. Additional restrictions apply.

Exclusions and limitations

Specifically excluded from this Parts Limited Warranty:

  • Routine maintenance items, normal wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, or electrical components damaged as a result of electrical current fluctuations, or improper charging equipment or practices.
  • Damage to or deterioration of a vehicle resulting from inadequate maintenance, neglect, abuse, improper storage, accident, or collision.
  • Damage or loss resulting from installation or use of parts or accessories not authorized by ARIES EV.
  • Damage or loss resulting from repairs made or attempted by unauthorized service technicians or retail dealers.
  • Damage or loss resulting from acts of nature, weather events, vandalism, theft, war, social unrest, or other events outside the control of ARIES EV.
  • Any and all expenses incurred in transporting the vehicle to and from an ARIES EV authorized dealer, service technician, or designee for warranty service.
